We operate nationally through a network of accredited Introducers, who advise borrowers on the features and benefits of our products, and assist them in applying for a mortgage with us.

Three global institutions strategically support Bluestone Mortgages. Nomura International plc and Barclays Bank plc, two of the world's largest banks, jointly provide funding, with Rand Merchant Bank, South Africa's largest retail bank, as a substantial equity investor.

Bluestone's servicing partner, Australian Mortgage Securities (AMS), currently manage over 30,000 borrower accounts and provides both phone and internet access facilities.

We receive mortgage applications throughout Australia from three primary channels - accredited mortgage introducers, referrals from existing lenders, and direct inquiries from the public. Applications are processed in our Sydney headquarters, and a decision can usually be made within 24-48 hours of receipt of your application.
